At Open Water Swim, our mission is to promote the sport of swimming through fun and engaging programs like Water Polo, and provide a supportive and inclusive community for swimmers of all ages and abilities. We believe that swimming is a lifelong skill that can improve physical and mental health, and we strive to make it accessible to everyone.
Our professional coaches are experienced and passionate about helping water polo students of all levels learn the sport and reach their full potential. They provide group and one-on- one personalized instruction and encouragement to help improve understanding of the sport, technique, endurance, and confidence in the water.
Playing water polo has many physical benefits. These include a considerable increase in strength, resilience, and speed, as well as improved coordination, orientation, and balance. Great for buidling strength for all major team sports, such as lacrosse, soccer, basketball, hockey and many others. Kids are guaranteed to have a blast!
